When we started CBC, we knew that eBikes were going to be a big thing, but we’ve been surprised at the volume of requests for them.
Not only are eBikes a highly efficient transport option and perfect for commuting, they can replace the second car and are good for the planet.
The real surprise in eBikes is the demand for a ‘city’ bike, with flat bars and an upright riding position. These eBikes are replacing the short trip to the shops in the car, with almost all of the bikes we’ve sold having a rack or baskets fitted. We carry the Quick Neo in stock:
This versatile bike is $4999, has three assistance levels from its class-leading 250w Bosch motor and Shimano drivetrain, and is perfect for short commuting, fitness riding and touring your local area. You can leave the car at home and reduce your carbon emissions, all while improving your fitness and health. Learn more about the bike here.

Many of the eBike requests we get are from MTB riders in their 50s and 60s, looking for a way to extend the enjoyment of their sport. For these riders, we’ve ordered the Cannondale Habit Neo :
This all-purpose MTB has a carbon frame, RockShox 35 Gold RL 140mm forks, a RockShox Deluxe Select+ RT 130mm shock, and the top-of-the-line Bosch Peformance CX drive unit with a 625Wh battery and full-featured Kiox display.
The SRAM GX/NX Eagle 12-speed drivetrain and Magura MT5 hydraulic discs will take you absolutely anywhere, so at $8499 it’s super value. Read more about this bike here.
Both of these bikes are available for no-cost overnight test rides, check here for more info.
