Firmware Update – Shimano

Description

Whether you’re using Shimano’s Di2 electronic shifting on your road bike or MTB, or you have a Shimano Steps drive unit and battery in your eBike, the firmware update process using Shimano’s e-tube dealer software is the same.

We’ll connect your bike and update your firmware to the latest version. We’ll also check error logs for issues and give you advice on how to avoid trouble. We can also diagnose faulty components and create warranty returns if your bike is new.

We can modify your support modes and make small corrections for tyre size.

Please note we do not provide any form of limitation override – no hacking!
