Headset Install – CIS ICS

Description

For bikes with ACROS ICS headsets eg Focus or Cannondale bikes.

If you’re pushing the flow and gravity limits on your bike then the standard ACROS acrylic headsets can let you down. We have upgraded alloy headsets with alloy internals that will take a lot more punishment.

We’ll disconnect the front brake and remove the forks from your bike. We’ll press out he OEM headset cups and install alloy cups top and bottom.

Due to internal routing of the cables, we will add the following service items:

• Hydraulic brake hose install + bleed
• Cable Install – Dropper Post
• Cable Install – Shift Internal

We’ll install new bearings top and bottom and assemble your headset with water-resistant grease.

We’ll adjust spacer stacks if needed and retension your headset after aligning your bars.
