Install Tubeless Tyre with Cushcore

Description

Is there a trickier job than installing a tubeless tyre with a Cushcore liner or similar? We’re not sure…but cushcores often make our knuckles bleed.

• Remove the old tyre and check the rim
• Check tubeless tape and valve body
• Check inside of tyre for contaminants, install tyre and cushcore
• Install new valve core and inflate to bead the tyre correctly
• Fill with 100mls of Stan’s sealant and test.
