Prewax Chain Clean

Description

If you’re converting to waxed chains then cleaning your chain of factory lubricants or built-up contaminants is critical preparation.

If your chain is new, we strip the factory lubricant with a strong hydrocarbon solvent then your chain goes through two cycles in our ultrasonic bath to clean it both externally and internally.

After cleaning it’s rinsed and then it’s straight into the hot wax before any corrosion begins.
